All the services we offer in Lunamor are geared towards loving yourself above all things. Self-care, self-respect, self-esteem and good nutrition are some of the magical ingredients we feel are essential to accompany you on the path of self-love.

Therapy

Each session last 1.5 hours and consists of a primary consultation to see how you are on all levels. Then on the treatment bed, you receive a holistic massage with high quality oils using techniques from traditional Swedish and deep tissue massage, Polarity Therapy and Reiki. Finally you will receive feedback and advice on exercises and lifestyle changes.

 

The sessions are effective in releasing muscular contractures and painful spasms, they help to reduce inflammation in chronic tendinitis and mobilise joints that have some level of rigidity. They increase blood and lymph flow and are successful in reducing stress and anxiety.           The treatments also work on a deeper level, helping to release blocked emotions and creating a healthy energy flow in all systems of the body and all parts of the being.

Kala Postigo, a fantastic massage colleague, collaborates with Lunamor and offers treatments to MEN at Casa Luna.

Loving Yoga Practice

 

In Lunamor, the focus of all yoga classes is knowledge of the self: whether in weekly, regular group sessions; private classes; intensive one day workshops or during residential retreats in Casa Luna or at another centre. The classes are designed to take each person on a journey into their whole being, to feel sensations in the physical body, to observe thought and the thinking mind, to become aware of emotions and to notice other more subtle sensations in the energy body.

We follow the principals of the YOGA SUTRAS OF PATANJALI to help guide us on and off the mat.

Each person is encouraged to recognise that they are the sovereign of their own being and therefore must enter into the practice in a responsible way, treating themselves with loving kindness and acceptance, exploring their comfort zones and challenging their limits, whilst refraining from forcing in an asana or any other exercise.

During the sessions we use a variety of practices including:  asana, pranayama, bandha, mantra, mudhra and different meditation techniques, drawing from the wisdom of traditional Hatha yoga, as well as Tantra Yoga and Kundalini Yoga.

The practice has a spiritual, though non-religious focus. The union (yoga) begins within, uniting all parts of our being, then expands out to connect us with the divinity of nature, the cosmos and the whole universe.

PERSONALISED RETREATS


Apart from scheduled events, here at Casa Luna we offer a special service and give you a chance to design a personalised retreat for you and your family or a group of friends. From just 2 and up to 6 people can share in this unique creation. You will have your own independent cabin where you can all relax and prepare food if you wish. We can provide you with up to 3 vegetarian meals per day, morning yoga classes, therapeutic massage, a variety of evening workshops and other activities. You choose the dates, from 2 to 7 nights, find out what your group needs and together we make an affordable programme.

Conscious Workshops

Loving yoga practice is one of the pillars of our work here.

Aside from regular weekly classes and morning sessions during the retreats, we offer intensive one day workshops where we spend several hours immersed in a particular theme using asana, pranayama, bandha and mantra to deepen our understanding and knowledge.

During the retreats, we also offer different workshops and activities to bring wellbeing to all areas of our lives:
